Over the three days of workshops we will be looking at how to get started as a runner, how to warm up, stretch, improve running form and technique. From flexibility to energy systems, you can improve as a runner or if you are a complete beginner, see how easy it is to start without giving up after your first few runs.
Formerly home educator Ray is a L3 PT, UK Athletics qualified CiRF and Fitness Instructor. Presently the Club Coach for a running club, Ray has a particular interest in getting people started running and encouraging those who are returning after a break, short or long.
